geospy is a GEOSINT tool that, using artificial intelligence, can locate the location on the map where the uploaded image was probably captured. This tool was recently updated and new excellent functions were added that improved this service. The good thing is also that it has a free access version
First thing to analyze, it is not necessary to be registered on the website to analyze an image. By analyzing the image, it will find a probable location and will give you the coordinates, name, city, an explanation of the context of the location and the function of being able to see the same location in Google Maps.
The function without registration is limited compared to with an account, when registering, email verification is requested and then you can be with the account freely. Geospy users can add more than 1 image at a time and create projects with different groups of images.
In an example video we show this. With the function of adding an album of images to analyze, we added images from the USA, Canada, Mexico, Italy and Moldova. It takes a few seconds to analyze all the images and find the location easily as you can see in the following video:
The tool managed to find the location of most of the images but had an error in one image. I uploaded an image of Moldova and geospy located it in Ukraine, kyiv and this location was not correct, I suppose this tool will improve over time and being free access is fine
a function that we really liked was exporting the information in a PDF document, similar to the OSINT Industries function that does exactly the same thing but with SOCMINT data. This function is very useful to save the information collected on the device, although if you have a geospy account it is saved on a server
