blockshopper is a real estate data analysis service with a database of data collected from many properties of US citizens. In our opinion it is one of the best OSINT services of its type because it has a good design and the service is easy to access, they do not require registration or pay anything to use the basic services.
The service provides information about the owners of a house or property, tax records, ownership history records and other data collected by Blockshopper from government databases. It is a perfect service for the analysis of digital fingerprints such as addresses and data searches of American citizens.

When searching for an address that is in the blockshopper database, many relevant data are mentioned. For OSINT researchers, the most interesting data is the current current owners, data related to the value of the property and the history of ownership of the house or property.
We used this service to find information based on 2 addresses that were mentioned in AT&T data breaches. We highly recommend this service for researchers who wish to use open sources to research citizens residing in the United States. For now it is a free and easy-to-use service.
